Most of us started with passion, a dream of doing what we love for a living, and a vision of freedom and autonomy over our own schedule. Many are now overwhelmed from wearing all the hats, burnt out from doing work that doesn’t inspire us, and stressed out from lack of time, PITA clients, and abundance of responsibility, not to mention UNCERTAINTY.

Right now, not only are we carrying the usual amount of self-doubt and lack of confidence, we also carry the uncertainty of our future economy. 

Being an entrepreneur by its very definition, includes risk. But it doesn’t have to cost you your physical or emotional health. 

What would it take to make ourselves healthy again while we’re facing too much stress from work and when you feel like the whole world is now collapsing in front of you?
